Themed workshops are held on weekends throughout the year.
Participation in our weekend workshops does not require any previous experience with Lego, STEM or Programming so is open to all levels.
Each Workshop is all new and independent of the others.
Workshops can be purchased together at reduced fees.

SCIENCE EXPERIMENTS

Fascinating science experiments and STEM challenges to learn the fundamentals of the scientific methods, simple chemical reactions, physical principles and engineering theories. With awesome projects like a Fizzy Rocket, Magnet-Powered Car, and Pencil Sundial, kids will have a blast learning to build, design, and think critically—while getting inspired to interact with the world around them and make their own discoveries.

LEGO Robotics

(younger kids are more than welcome to attend the class if they have the fine motor skills to work with small LEGO blocks.)
First steps in robotics using Lego WeDo 2.0 or Spike Prime Essential LEGO® sets.
The easy to follow instructions, the simple models, the blocked based programming App, make this course a fantastic educational project for young students.

LEGO Robotics and Coding

Children will build and program fantastic robots using the LEGO Education sets
Group 1: WeDo 2.0 LEGO Robotics perfect for children aged between 5 to 9. The curriculum facilitates and supports a clear, easy-to-follow journey through subjects, including life-, physical-, earth- and space sciences, and engineering.
CODING: Challenges, engaging Screen-Free coding activities, create and explore programming language with the most popular block-based coding platforms (such ScratchJr).
Group 2: LEGO Spike Prime Robotics suitable for children aged 9+. Combining colourful LEGO building elements, easy-to-use hardware, and an intuitive drag-and-drop coding language based on Scratch, SPIKE Prime continuously engages students through playful learning activities to think critically and solve complex problems, regardless of their learning level.
CODING: Challenges, create video games, interactive stories animation with the most popular block-based coding platforms (such Scratch 3.0, Minecraft Education or Harry Potter Magic Wand)
